Took a trip out to Lake Ontario today. Flat calm, Long-tails ducks squawking, Bonaparte's Gulls spinning feeding on midges.

Trolled the Upper Gap and made my way over to Prince Edward Bay. Fog bank rolled in. Literally couldn't see more than a couple hundred feet in any direction. It was so calm the water blended with the sky. Like being in a glass bowl full of smoke.

The fog lifted so heading over to Big Bar. Caught and released a small one. Beautiful fish.

Packed up and idled over to the Big Bar shallow. Marking about 18ft. Not a ripple, water was super clear, just drifted and watched the lake bottom.

Slow ride to the launch, absolutely calm.

Just an epic day.
