Did a quick forums search and web search.

Can a tournament angular legally weigh in more than one walleye over 63cm in one day, zone 20?

If you’re referring to Kiwanis derby, yes because they force the release of the fish after weigh in. If the fish doesn’t release your fish is DQ’d and would become part of your possession limit.

Atleast my opinion.

and that's my confusion - is it illegal to posses/weigh two walleye greater than 63cm in one day. I understand selectively live release but bringing two walleye greater that 63 cm at one time to a weigh station from one angler and if after you leave the weigh station if one should die it becomes part of your possession limit what if both die

That would be illegal. You cannot bring more than one per person at once. Not sure if the Kiwanis rules state that specifically but it would certainly be against the Ministry regs

Any fish that is not released imeadiatly is on your limmit so that means one over 63 per day. So you want to know whats on the leader board and you have to decide to enter or release it and go for a bigger one.
