Quinte Fishing

Hi,

My son didn’t inherit a fishing gene and we are peddeling kayaks. Last time we did only 4km for the day. He is young.
So our launch spot is important, prefer a ramp, definitely don’t want to catch any salmon and would not risk crossing the reach. Winds will be a 15Km south wind Thursday).
We are also not looking for a pike fight.
I have only ever been to Quinte for walleye and that was on a boat.
Where should we launch?

Try Picton Harbor. It is normally quite around picton bay.
