Bluedog,

Good report, Sorry we couldn't get together on the water.

I'm working on the pictures of my New Brunswick fishing.

Nice fish blue!!

It's great to see the pics. coming in for fall. That looks like high shore near shermans in the back ground. A nice spot for the evening ride

Hey Bluedog,

good to see you made it up again!

Seems you're a tad earlier than last year no?

Nice to see you got into a few. I was up about 2 weeks ago, only managed a couple sheepies.

Friends were up this past weekend, they're definetly starting to come in..

We'll be up for the weekend of October 26-29th

Stay tuned!

Hey, great to read that they are starting to come in. I am a bit surprised you had success in the Sherman's - Thompson's area so early in the season, so that's a good thing. Did you mark many fish? How would you compare the fishing inside the Bay vs. outside past the Ferry?

What lures? Colours? Depths? Did you use downriggers or snap-on weights? If so, what depths and weights? How about side planers? Night or day? Fireline or mono?

Cheers and beers,
Pete

used 14/6 fireline 80' @shermans to thompsons 105' below the ferry
used deep reef runner bubblegum [seems they like chewing bubblegum]
during the time we were there.
also used tdd11 taildancers with 10lb mono
for a few
bleeding something or other color and got one on tdd11 taildancer irredescent color with the fireline [105'] below the ferry about 1/2 mile below keith shoals
good luck to you if you get out
