Hey Guys, I'm coming down for the weekend and understand that its the get together weekend at merlands. Where would a good place to fish be, to avoid the crowds. I assume down by the ferry and east will be a zoo. Any tips would be great.

Beerman.

I have had a couple of guys coming into the store telling me that they are fishing the narrows to get away from the crowds and they were getting walleye in the 5-8 lb range.

This morning a customer came in to pick up some minnows and he is also heading to the narrows. Sounds like the walleye are starting to show up there.

Hope this is of help to you.

Best regards,
Sam
