Such beautiful weather we just had to get out. The question was where.
My partner was out on Fri. in Trenton and caught a few fish so decided to return their. On the water by 9: am and we startred nailing them. all in all
we caught 36 fish between 1 and 5 lbs. Also boated 2 large carp.
Dec. 16, man, it doesn't get any better than that.
A great fall to all !!!!!!!!!!! :D

Yeah I hear they are on big time. Perfect eater size as well. From what I heard they are just drifting from the bridge to the mouth. The big boat has been put away so we are going to take my buddies 16ft legend out on Sat. Hopefully they are still on. Was out on Sun evening in front of Meyers and only landed one really weird looking sucker. It was completly purple in colour. Was talking to a few guys at the launch and they had five, biggest being 5lbs that they got under the bridge. They said that they were biting on black jigs and minnows.

Wiggler,
We were fishing the mouth of the river from the Dundas St bridge down to the last pair of bouys. They were hitting jigs tipped with a minnow and ice fishing spoons. Color didnt seem to matter as everyone in the boat was using something different and we all got fish. The main thing was keeping your line vertical and paying attention to your line/jig on the drop.
