I was hearing last spring that Moons in Deseronto was closing, Is that true, and if so, is there another bait shop in Deseronto or nearby? We are starting to think about our February trip, hopefully the Ice gods will smile upon us soon.
Thanks

Moon's Bait and Tackle is open for business. They are closed today (Dec. 26th) and will be open at regular hours during the week. Moon's Bait and Tackle have new owners and their names are Ken and Jayne Lewis.

Regards,
Sam

I am headed to Quinte tomorrow at around 9-10. Can you suggest a tackle shop in the area that might be open that has a good selection of lures? I am coming from the KW area down the 401.

Big Swede,

Try Skevys' in Belleville, I know he has some of the hot ones.

As does Sam at Carra's.

They are in Belleville, just off the highway.

Sam helped me out big time when i was vacationing up at Quinte....

He was the only retailer in the area that had leadcore.

Thanks again bud!
