I went for steely's today and landed 4 all were dark but still had lots of go in them!! The waters to high still so finding them is a little harder but thats fishing. Another warm day on the water!! merry x-mas to all

Pick any stream, river, trib they all hold fish this time of year, depending of course on the water conditions, just make sure to check the regulations, a lot of river sare only open for a short section down near their mouths, but some are open a long ways inland and rarely do you see anyone else. Most people won't say where there exact "honey holes" are this time of year for steelies but with a little effort you can find a few good spots. Would suggest you look at the regs for streams near where you live to see where and when they may be open and start from there.

All mine were on roe bags (small bags --> only 3 eggs).

Some fishermen also had luck with 3" Berkley pink artificial worms (bubblegum color)...

i was out saturday maybe the last time for this year! I was able to land 5 and lost one! Great day
