Well, it's been like waiting for Christmas, but the summer issue of The Great Canadian Sportman is now out to view. Woo Hoo!!

David and Doug from The Great Canadian Sportsmen On-line Magazine http://www.greatcanadiansportsman.com/ did a wonderful job supporting our Spring M&G at the Quinte. They, along with the very best of Outfitters/Tackle Shops in Belleville Carra's http://www.carraoutdoors.com/ and Quinte Outdoor Sports http://www.quinteoutdoorsports.com/, also http://www.backroadmapbooks.com/ and http://www.sergeskayakfishingadventures.com/ made possible with their very generous support of our event, the great day it was. Yup... we were there..now we are in the magazine..

The Great Canadian Sportsman On-line magazine has our Quinte Spring M&G event posted in an article of their summer issue.

A quick recap of our Spring even..

Dave and Doug handing out hats, T shirts, tackle packs, and trophies to the young lads that joined us for a day of fishing with their dads.

A few munchies provided by our very good bud Hawg Hunter (Quinte Icefishing Guide Service) (yeah.. Hawg Hunter says it all!!)..

The true winners of our little event, those young Canadian Sportsmen of the future..

A truly great day was had by all.

This little shindig was held on the opener in May this spring at Macfarlands Picton.. A small, yet very nice family fishing 4 fun type event.

I wanted to thank our very good friends in Belleville Carra, Quinte Outdoor, also The Great Canadian Sportsman for their unbelievably generosity and support these great people gave for our little event. The main theme of our event was to keep our future Canadian Sportsmen out of the malls, and smiling out on the water with their dads.

Thank you again guys for truly making all of our day. Hats off to you!! CHEERS :)

We all had a great time blue, it's always very rewarding getting the younge ones out. Tough call as to whether the young ones or the big kids like myself had more fun.

Was a blast watching my boy reel in his first Chinook last year..just priceless!!
thanks bluedog :)
