1994 40 foot Breckinridge park model trailer for sale. Bought new in 1996 ( original owners ). Is located in Fairfields Resort in Cherry Valley near Picton Ontario and is on East Lake . In prestine shape , new carpets and other flooring. Everything included ie . 12x10 shed and all tools inside, new bbq , new 40 pound propane tanks ( 2 ) , large deck with ramp , air conditioning , all bedding and appliances ( full size fridge , stove and microwave ), rest of season pass fully paid. Trailer has double bed at one end of trailer and bunk beds (2 ) with table that drops into another bed at other end of trailer . Also has full bathroom ( full shower , vanity and toilet ) and 20 foot tip out that houses kitchen table and front room couch). Reason for selling , wanting to buy motorhome so we can start traveling across Canada ( have been in same park for 17 years ).
