Quinte Fishing

Some additional dipsy information to add from the other great information already posted. You can not run baits that have lots of resistance, like deep divers as the pull of the bait causes drag on the back of the dipsy so it reduces the dive or makes it rise to the surface. Dipsy's are commonly used with spoons, floating stick baits or spinners when fishing for walleye.

Back from Quinte

Friday
rained all day got out at 7pm wind picked up and got in at 8pm.

Saturday
To windy to fish 40km winds we had a 14' boat.

So we went to Trent river to fish off-shore
caught 2 walleyes and saw a few chinooks jumping.

I'll be back in November.
