The ice looks SOFT and ready to break. I saw one person fishing close to shore between Perfect Vue and the launch ramp.

There is ONE lonely ice hut out on the ice between Shermans and Thompsons.

There was open water from the bridge at Desronto to half way round Forresters Is. There was a patch of open water at Green Point.

The Napanee River is starting up, the Springside Park Falls are ROARING
