I started the day with a buddy Mike . We lauched the boat in Picton and headed east of the ferry got the line out . and nothing for awhile , so we changed lures depths still nothing we marked some bait and some nice hooks but no rod going off . we changed our game plan and location ..
it payed off we landed 5 fish in about 3 hour losing a few more .. biggest was 11 lbs :D 3 between 6-9 and one 2 lber .. great action for that time but slow in the morning..my buddy Mike had the hot lure it accounted for the 5 landed fish...he showed me!!enjoy the pictures
Greg

Nice fish guys. We managed one out by Thompson's Point. Lots of fished marked but not too many takers I guess.

1lastcast,
I'm pretty sure we met at the launch. We were pulling out the small Legend. I noticed "1lastcast" on th back of the boat in front of us. Was that you?

I got my new PB today of 12 + lbs. Took forever to get her in, she just would not budge, she also destroyed my hooks on my reef runner.

Nice pics and we saw you guys out there.

Wiggler ~ Yah Sorry I dident get the chance to introduce myself. I was sort of in the way of everyone loading and wanted to get the hell out of way. I would have been the guy in the red float suit

Im sure I'll see you again out there.

BadgerShark ~ I heard you at one time on the radio. Nice to hear at least a few fish had been landed on sunday.

We fished East of the ferry at first light to the lighthouse with no bites and little if any arcs or bait balls on the sonar. As the winds kicked up from the north east we decided to fish the cement plant to Thompsons point. This is were we marked most of the fish again with no takers :?:
