Hi Boys,

Just wanted to know how many of you boys are going to Deseronto for the openning this year. I was planning to go up.

If you know the number of name of the hotel in Deseronto let me know. I haven't gone up in the last couple of years and I forgot the number and name of that place.

I hear that we may have to get a ticket with the Trenton derby since the Napanee derby doesn't look like it is going to happen this year.

Pen..No Napanee Derby this year. They lost money the last 2 years and have decided not to run one this year. The Trenton Kiwanis Derby is only game in town. Tickets are 25 bones...Trenton Derby

I was thinking of going to Deseronto for openning weekend just to fish. The tournemants have never seemed to be very interesting for me.

In fact if not having the tournament means there will be less fishermen and better fishing conditions I would support not having the tournament every year.

I will probably see some of you there for the first weekend.

I never did think much of the rush for walleye weekend. If there is no Derby in Napanee there may be a lot less fishermen.

That would suite me just fine.

I'm going to get a ticket for the Trenton Derby but continue to fish in Deseronto.

This may even be better since the prizes are quite significant and Deseronto has great fishing.

Hi Kevin,

They sent me an email and it indicated that they are going to have a weighin station at Conservation Park since the Napanee and the Napanee Rotary Club have joined in a partnership with the Kawanis Tournament.

I think I will get a ticket as well.

It prabably makes sense to combine the 2 events.
