Hey guys, trying to get my father out of the house and back on the ice to do some fishing this weekend. We usually fish off the shore of my parents near Albury, but just been hittng Perch in the area (odd eye but usually really 'really' small). I'm looking at taking him out to a different area, any recommendations? I was looking at heading out more toward the Trent, but was wondering if Huffs was still hitting in that area?

Thanx!

Fished Huffs yesterday (Thursday), not a single fish caught. Didn't even mark many fish on the sonar???

Cheers, Hodgey...

Thanx Hodgey. I think we are going to try near the Trenton river area provided the ice is good. Easier walk for us :)

If I am walking it out there, where is the best place to head out towards the mouth from? I am directly across the bay and can hike it (3-4 km) but I am always looking for an easier option.
