How'd it go on the opener????
Is it worth the drive to Quinte or is the MNR correct & the thing should be shut down for a while???

Dying to know!

I replied in the previous post but we got 14 walleye between 5 & 7 lbs, between 3 boats. I would say its worth the drive to Quinte, I'll be back!!

Its always worth going opening day. You always want to try to do the stuff that you've read and thought about all winter long. (while ice fishing) Cause if you listen to channel 68 you always hear about somebody catching fish so its like where and how. So why can't I do it. Everyday is a learning experience. ( :D ) or we can go wide open across big bay in 2 to 4 ft seas. :twisted: Hang on!!

Fished 12 to 10 sat. morning, got one around 8:30. radio was quiet all night till the wellington guys showed up.

Fished for all day Saturday and most of sunday, caught 5 pike myself biggest was 7.6 lbs. No walleye, poor fishing all around in Brighton :cry:
