To put it mildly.....HORRIBLE! Fished 4 hours Sat. and 4 hours Sun., went to all the usual places, Thompson's, Sherman's, the Church, Ram Island, Weed Island etc. Not a single solitary Walleye!
I only heard of one Walleye being caught this weekend and it was a 21 incher. Lots of silver Bass, one baby Smallmouth about a 1/4 pound and the Goby population is smaller by about 30. Anyone have any thoughts as to where they're hiding? I thought maybe they'd gone to the deeper water as I did mark some in 30 plus feet of water suspended in about 18 -20 ft. of water but couldn't get one to bite. Oh well, hopefully this week someone might hook into a few and post their results (Superdad or HayBayLarry?).
