Quinte Fishing

I've tried to add an attachment to a post (picture), it's not letting me?? Saying it cannot find web page??? This is the first time i've tried, anybody have any advice??? I've sent the file to my desktop, selected add attachment, browsed and found file, doubled clicked to add to box hit submit and i get that "could not find web page"?? any sugestions would be great.... What have i done wrong???

So, i tried to do it again, this time i sent my file to my desktop but selected "best for web" (i have kodak). When i went to submit it this time it said i have reached the limit for attachments??? Any help?? this is my first picture i've tried to send anywhere... i know.. i know.. get into the 90's...lol

I've noticed the file attachment option for the board has been a little wacky for some time now. Try the steps in the link below. Things may have changed slightly but you'll get the idea.

Are you using a photo host like photobucket or some other storage web place?
You can not host from your own computer.

Razor,

you posted the URL for the picture which works but people have to click it to go to the page. What you can do is hit the Img button which will put [IMG] in the post. then paste your picture URL then hit the Img button again. It will add the same tag but with a / as well. You can also copy and past the IMG info from photobucket and just paste that into the post. What you will get is this

not sure that you can delete posts only Moderators.

I checked the FAQ section,,, can't delete if someone has replied... aw well.. i'm a nob at least now i know... thanks!!!!

Not to worry I think we all went through figuring out how to post pictures. Wigglers taught half the board I think to post pictures. LOL
