hey guys just wondering if big island out by the red bouy is safe enough yet would like to come up this weekend. If not would anyone be able to let me know where I could find some good safe ice with acouple fish around.

I would also be interested. I have never fished Quinte before. I usually just fish for eyes in the Grand River in Dunnville. I am not looking for hotspots, just a general idea where to start, and where there is safe ice. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I would also like some info. Only fished Quinte once with fishfinder. I am from the Hamilton area and would like to get out maybe next week. As peddletothemeddle said i am not looking for hotspots just for a spot or two close to shore. I dont care if it is close to trenton, belleville, deseronto, etc. Just looking for some help.

(maybe somebody wouldn't mind a tag-along for a day?)

let the games begin. leave the atv's at home. be sure to watch for later posts, they are calling for warm rain so who knows just what thats going to do it will depend on how cold it gets at night . grizz
