Heading up to Quinte on Thursday, and I have gathered alot of info from here for the big boys, thanks all. Just wondering, if I find the fishing slow during the day, what areas can I expect to find small walleyes or panfish like crappie or perch. I would enjoy to have some fish to eat during my stay, and theres no way I will be filleting anything over 4lbs, probably 3 lbs as well, since it will be most likely in the slot. Not to mind, I enjoy panfishing. Any info would be appreciated.

At the far east end of Mallory Bay near Thempsons Point there is an A-Frame cottage and just right of it a small point. I have had great success for large perch there in the last month, the biggest being almost a pound and did get one crappie but they are very rare there. It was a great spot this summer for smaller walleyes.Be careful the water is very cold.
