Anyone know what the ice is like out off of the Herchimer launch?

There is a large pressure crack that is not crossable about 2/3 of the way out approximately. It actually appeared to be in a "Y" shape whit the top two forks heading East and South East (roughly).

Thanks Jeff! I went out today off of the george st. launch. There was approximately 10 inches of clear black ice about 500m out.
