3 color flasher made by zercom in protective case. works great only thing missing is the battery charger plug im sure one can be picked up at radio shack $225 OBO unit is 5 years old but has had very little use almost none in the past 2 years im selling this for a friend and will be up in canada all week so if ya wanna see it in action before ya buy that could be arranged... grizz

its just one of the plug in the wall type chargers. it has the same battery as my Marcom and that says class two transformer input is 120vac 60 Hz 12 w output is 12v dc 600 mA im sure one can be picked up easily at radio shack by the way i used the unit today it seems to work just fine,
