Was on the water 645 am to noon and fished Adolphus Reach area. Went 5 for 8 (15 lb 3 oz, two slightly over 13 lb, one one over 10 and the other at 8 lbs. All fish including the missed one were on clown Jusky Jerk with a 5/8 oz keel weight 4 feet above the lure. Marked fish constantly in the 25 to 45 feet range over 50 to 80 ft of water. All my fish were caught flat lining. The fish were very aggresive today in comparison to my outing on Monday. By noon the armada had grown to 10 boats doing the "circuit" so one had to be wary of the traffic.

Good luck on the weekend and dress warm.

4 and 3/4 inch deep diving husky jerk. Clown worked the best today. Earlier in the week it was the Tenessee Shad and Fire Tiger. Also picked up fish on perch Wally Diver 3/4 oz model.

Wow, that 15 'n change monster is one of the largest of the season I'd guess. I think there may have been a fish over 16 taken that we know of so far. You were draggin' my number one lure in the box. Like the tactic of getting the extra weight to get you in the sweet spot. Well done. So, you were fishing Adolphus Reach again. Lots of fish hangin' in that area still. Any predictions how much time we have left before we freeze over. Gotta get another trip in yet. Cheers,

Long range forecast calls for a chilly week (below freezing temps Tues to Fri). I'm not planning to put the boat away yet but I'm over a week away from strapping the suit back on. I anticipate we'll still get some minor warming trends. Plenty of fish in the reach. My Eagle unit was constantly marking fish. I saw a number being caught yesterday and it was good to see most being released.
