Hi guys, Still haven't put the boat away.. Call me crazy ?? I'm still looking to make another trip to the Bay.. I was wondering if anyone knows if the lauch ramp under the Hwy 49 bridge is worthy to launch.. I haven't heard of any fish caught in the Narrows and would appreciate if anybody had any info on this area.. If not, would it be wise to lauch in Picton The public lauch in Deseronto ???

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.. I'm bringing a buddy who is visiting family in Toronto.. He's from Arizona.. I want to put him on some fish for the memories..

Here is your Dr. Piton Secret Walleye Tip of the Day:

** Fish at the Glenora Ferry! **

[Shh! Like, don't tell anyone, eh?]

So, buddy's from Arizona, eh? Bwah-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha!!!! [Diabolical Dr. Evil Laughter] No doubt he'll enjoy the balmy sub-tropical climes of the Bay of Quinte in December.

[Dang, you should see my hands. They are all scratched and cut and bitten from handling all those walleyes yesterday. Mwah-ah-ah. I sound like The Count, don't I? Mwah-ah-ah. One Walleye! Mwah-ah-ah. Two! Two walleyes! Mwah-ah-ah.....]

Thanks for the replies.. I'm sure he would have a blast, but now he's thinking it maybe to cold.. He's forgotten how cold it can get here.. I've got a floater suit for him and all the essentials to keep him warm.. It's the weather that's giving me the grief now.. What to do ????

OK, the thang - ah "git it."

As for the pike? Pshaw.

You call that a pike? Sheesh.

THIS is a pike, dude. 31 pounds - Lake Athabasca. Check out Lakers Unlimited. Back in '98, it was the Lodge Record, and the guide pronounced, "the record will never last! We'll break it next year for sure."

Five seasons later, it still stands. Someone at work told me I'd been fishing so much, I was starting to get slanty eyes like Bob Izumi.

LeB's is having a big no tax sale tomorrow you could pick one up there at the Mississauga store Dr. Pee-tawn. :D Ooh ooh, no tax....that means if I spend $500 then I can spend another $75 cuz that's what it normally wud a' cost me right???? At least that is the logic that I will try to convey to Joanne with the Jedi mind trick  I'll tell her it wuz like I got $75 worth of stuff for FREE!!! Ohhhh taacckklle (in Homer Simpson pork chop voice). Hmmm maybe I can bribe the ferry driver with the $75 I'll be savin' and have him cut me a nice trolling route eh? By the way, does the ferry run all winter long? Anywho, cheerio ta ta. 8)
