Have a look at the
Weather Network forecast for Picton, and the
Environment Canada forecast. Both are calling for northeast winds tomorrow. It's been my experience that when the wind has an east component, you might as well stay home. However it really depends on where "home" is for you, and how much you are prepared to gamble.

I can't imagine that you couldn't get your boat in the water at either McFarland's Conservation Area, Glenora Marine, or the ramp on the NE side of the Glenora Ferry. While the fishing can be spotty when the wind is from the NE, it can still be awesome this time of year! "Spotty" could mean you only catch four or five ten- to twelve-pounders, instead of twenty. Do not fear the cold weather - that is more or less irrelevant. Dress warmly [that's an understatement!]
