Hey Guys. I will be coming from Brantford Ontario next week! Where do you guys get on the ice? I have never fished The BOQ in the winter. If anyone has some suggestions of good spots to start from I would greatly Appriecate it. Even if its just a good place to park the truck and walk out. I do have a portable hut i pull around....Thanks again and good luck out there! be safe

I am happy to contribute to whatever I'm 45 and fished Quintee for years.

I travel from Saint-Hubert(South shore of Montreal)20 mins from downtown Montreal PQ,5 to 6 times per year.
My favorite time of year is November for the big hogs.
I also enjoy the Walleye opener.MTP

Six of us from the Hamilton area. Two trips every year. One week in May. A second week in November.
Be heading that way in a week or so.

I come from Georgetown, Ontario!

I grew up in Belleville and attended the Sir James Whitney School so going fishing in Bay of Quinte is like being back home :D

I come from Whitby. Once in the spring and once in the fall. It just happens we are coming tomorow May 13/10. I'm a little upset that they are calling for an East Wind,is there any one out there that can tell me how this week has been shaping up for fish numbers and size.

Just got on board - I see where quite a few US guys visit the Bay - been going there since the early 60s - have to work a little harder now then in the good old days - was a time you couldn't keep the walleye off your hook - still plenty of nice fish in there - got a 14 pounder last Nov during a series of snow squalls - I'm from New Tripoli, Pa. around 25 miles northwest of Allentown -

Winterpeg, it 's only a brief 24hrs straight through.

I sure miss the Bay living all the way out here, but LOTW comes pretty close!
