Got out there this morning at 7...man it was freezing!! caught a couple early on in the morning an my buddy broke a couple off. Then it slowed down... worked hard an found myself a couple more fish. there in there, an the water is starting to heat up, the fish are startin to boogie yee haw i LOVE this time of year... what a blast hookin into a nice chromer!! nothin like it !!
Then we went an checked out this other creek i spotted. Soon as we got there my buddy saw a fish. so we hiked upstream a bit and the creek was full of.... SUCKERs...dammit... looked like a real nice steelhead creek... too bad. To make the situation worse. I dropped my sunglasses way down this creek an only noticed they werent on my head by the time we got back to the road.. so back we went... luckily we located them... i thought they were goners for sure. Then we went to pull away an i swore i heard somehting bouncing around on my roof thanks god i looked in my rear view, cause i saw the DAMN SUNGLASSES hitting the pavement! slammed on the breaks an stopped right in the middle of the road lol!!! man these friggin things are cursed.

Really nice 3 or so lb hen!

Nice male about 5-6lbs, had him on for 15 mins every time my buddy would get near him hed take off to the other side of the stream. only had 6 lb test so i couldnt horse him around to much.

its a really nice river ... spent most of the day picking up garbage an pilin it up, pullin down old vines an 20lb snagger lines from the trees. what a mess... people are disgusting.. not too mention the hillbillys in the trailer park that use the bank of the river as a f u cking garbage dump... aszholes. gonna have to bring a couple garbage bags down with me next time an take it out with me.

Does that river/stream find bigger water near a large dock?????

Looks kinda familiar.

Beautiful fish and some great scenery pics!!!
Good on you for picking up the garbage!! ;)
I picked some up the other day when scouting the creeks up high, just amazing what people throw into the water and on the banks.
