Yeah, it is pretty neat. Snarf e-mailed me the clip and I posted it here.

Problem is that the video says that it's a polar bear, when in fact it's a sea lion. In the last couple of frames you can see when it swims away that there's a flipper breaking the surface, and that it's a little small for a polar bear and as far as I know (and that far from shore), polar bears don't use scuba gear.
