Well, I have gone over the boat from one end to the other. Tighten this, adjust that, top up the oil, checked my list twice and I think its ready to roll. Took it out on saturday for a short run just to shake the cobwebs and test out the structure scan addition to the depth finder, everything is running good. Course now I have to actually look at my tackle, respool some rods and top up the crankbait collection. What about everybody else, ready to go?

My boat has already been out a few times on Scugog and Simcoe for crappie and perch so it is good to go. Went through my tackle a few times and should be good there. Just have to put some powder paint to some eerie dearie and jig heads I poured and I should be all set.

Ya ready to rock! Been out after the crappies already but hasn't been anywhere near as productive as last year! How do you like that structure scan Dan? I love my new HDS but I haven't made the addition of scan yet!

It is a very cool add on but I dont know if it will help me catch more fish :P Only tried it for a few minutes this past weekend just to make sure its working. The retailers have been waiting some time now for the LSS units to arrive, and they are just starting to trickle in, when you decide to add the LSS I recommend Linden Audiotronic in Kingston, ask for Randy he'll set you up.

Hey Dan
I too have only had a few hours at the controls but so far I can't believe some of the bottom details I've seen!! I have the HDS 10 (courtesy of the Mrs for my BD) :D I can't wait to get down there on Friday and have some more on the water time with it. When we were out Saturday my buddy fished while I just played with the new toy, never picked up a rod once. 8O
