Well guys, we got up for the opener up in quebec as we usually do every year. Many cold beers, alot of whiskey an one helluva good time! Got up there on friday night had some cold ones an hit the hay early! got out sat morning about 7am man was it cold!!!! the bite was rather slow for this lake, but we managed to find about 10-12 fish on saturday. they ranged from about .75-2lbs. Froze out asses off on saturday! left the lake about 8pm an on the way home came across one of my ol mans buddys standin on the side of the road in the pitch black all drunk lol!! so we stopped there an chatted for a bit, i decided to get out the fly rod (oh did i mention its pitch black) an proceeded to land 3 nice specs in the PITCH black, what a test of skill let me tell ya! Got out again this morning fished till about 3 o clock, ended up having to leave due to a family emerg. kinda sucked but, gotta do whatcha gotta do ! Sorry guys i didnt take that many pics this year as my cell was dead for most of the time! plus it was way too cold to do anything but catch fish anyways !!! lol enjoy folks
