Moira River Shore fishing for Cats!

Fished from the bank of the Moira river yesterday afternoon, caught 1 at around 6pm, on a jig and shrimp. Caught some really nice creek chubs earlier near my place in Cannifton, they ever look like walleye when they come up and grab your bait....... I caught the cat in the deep hole near the Dam. Time to start targeting CARP this week! Heres a couple pics!

good job mike! i was out yesterday to the couple spot's you showed me and the carp are on the move in that one spot! i moved to another spot along the trail and got into some large mouth, i know there outa season but was nice, didn't think they'ed be there! gonna head out this afternoon for a ride along the trail and see what comes my way! shrimp for bait? lol gonna grab a can of corn!

lol. down here we eat the shrimp and use the creekchubs for bait lol

Down there...... lol! Crazy American! LOL! The Chubs were used but didnt do well so i brought in the GOOD STUFF, these were Jumbo Raw stankyazz Shrimp, next time we go fishing Ill bring one and if you eat it, Ill even throw in $20!!!! LOL
