Quinte Fishing

I am looking to go camping on Quinte the first week of August.

I have looked through the campsites listed on the site. I was wondering if anyone has any personal experience with any of these? Any recommendations?

I have a trailer so I am looking for somewhere with transient sites. I would also like a boat launch! We have young children so I am looking for a campground geared toward families.

Any input would be greatly appreciated!

I'd suggest Mohawk Trailer Park in Deseronto.

They have a pool and kids play equipment, a small but well kept store with everything from tackle and bait to ice cream and an on-site boat launch.

I stay there the 2nd weekend in May and always a great time and place for everything we need.
