nothing public at waupoos but for a fee of 10 bucks I think you can launch at the marina closet place will be there at the black river but the launch isnt too user friendly and if you have a big boat yer gonna have troubles at any launch out that way

I lauched at the Waupoos marina last fall, no charge....and had plans of using that launch again in the coming weeks. 10$....really?

Black River isn't bad, it is always sheltered and the actual ramp is decent. You will need to back it in from the road because you can't get a big truck and trailer turned around - the ramp is tucked behind the actual cheese factory.

If you're headed to Green is, false ducks, timber, etc, you can also launch out of Bath (public ramp just west of town on 33) and head out the gap. The ramp is awesome but the dock is a paint job waiting to happen. Nothin like an 8' tall concrete dock in 4' waves!

Long point is closed for renovation. I don't know if anything is going on there yet.

good parking there and a good ramp too but the channle out into the lake is very narrow and not real deep last time i was there..... if they are working it must be to reopen the channle it fills in with gravel from the winter waves. no sand in that area but lots of gravel its quite a ride out just to check but worth it if its open .

They shut down for the season so I hope they are going to do more than dredge the channel.
