My crazy-ass brother-in-law wants to make the run to the Ferry on Saturday and fish in the rain. My other Brother-in-Law is being a pussy and says he doesn't want to go. I, on the other hand, simply must accompany the crazy-ass BIL for none other than safety reasons, as I am totally selfless.

A Ramp, I need a ramp. My Kingdom for a ramp.

Ferry ramp, conservation area ramp? Please, please, please, tell me where I can find a ramp.

Can't fish Simcoe, it's all open water (no ramps), fished Scugog on New Years Day, 2-3 inches of ice and thinning.

A Ramp, I need a damned ramp.

Guys are using the Adolphustown launch, at the park there. Go across on the ferry and turn right for a mile or two and then right again to the park once you reach Adolphustown. Good luck, wish I could be there too but my wife has committed "us" to visiting with friends tomorrow.

Another ramp that is open is the one just west of Bath. The water is open right through to the ferry and there is also good fishing in front of the Lennox and Addington Hydro Plant in the outflow, or just troll the shorelines depending on the wind direction. There has been good catches of walleye and brown trout recently.
