Quinte Fishing

Hello all, first time post. I'm from Montreal and coming by in the end of the month to fish in Big Bay. Last year in july was pretty good, can I expect the same ?

Also I have a couple of question, how is the weather ? Will I be ok with my 16' and a 9,9hp ? Would it worth it to go fish in Hay Bay instead or somewhere else in BOQ ?

What is the favorite technique to catch a couple of big walleye ?

I would say your boat is fine if the winds are ok, there should be resident fish in big and hay bay. As far as the big. Migrators, maybe a lil early for them. Trolling usually gets bigger walleye but that time of year is a lil premature for big fish
