Duck season is all but here!!! And I've been seeing a ton of them this year. Mmmmm, BBQ'd duck.

I like to set them on a piece of tinfoil, sprinkle with Montreak steak spice, wrap bacon around the breast, stuff them with onion and apple, pour some red wine over them, wrap them up breast down and BBQ them for 1/2 an hour or so.
Anyone else got a favorite way?

after the bird is harvested and the feathers and pintails are off i like to wash everything down and let you cook them :lol: :lol: :lol:

I like to marinate the duck or goose breast in Balsomic vineagar for a few hours , and then cook like a steak on the BBQ and keep them a little rare and boy oh boy some good. :) :)

Went with a stir fry Saturday night and tonight substituted chicken and went with mallard pot pie.
