Hi Guys,
I use to take all my meat to windmill Sausages to get pepperettes and sausages done but they are closed(out of business). I hear our wonderful government regulations may have something to do with it.
Any other place that you know of that do this sort of thing?
Thanks

We usually take our moose to Pine Grove Meats just west of Marmora on Hiway #7. They make both.
I make my own sausage. I get my spice mixes and casings from Outpost Packaging Products just west of Hastings on the way to Keene. They have lots of flavours to choose from and pre-mixed for 10-12 lb lots so you can try different kinds. I usually go 75% game meat and 25% ground pork.

I have been asking on another board the same question and a few said in Bancroft there a few and I also found this guy and he said he makes everything from pepperettes to salamis and meat loafs and sausage.etc.etc You need a minimum of 15 pounds per batch. He is just a bit north of Napanee.
