Quinte Fishing

Just a quick question and I really dont expect grid coordinates but are there opportunities to fish the shore line that is not intrusive to anyone. Looking at perhaps going for a walk mid November with a few tykes.

Keep throwing em back til next time.

people fish in the evenings off the docks in picton

I've seen people on the picton docks as well, seems like they do pretty good

Picton docks in the marina basin.

Myers pier in Belleville.

Cold storage in Trenton or across the river at the marina.

All good places for casting cranks from shore.

I would think McFarlands conservation area between Picton and Glenora would be worth a try too.

im always shore'n it in belleville...myers is good(crappie and odd walleye),around the harbor/boat launches..mouth of the river aint bad,both sides(not ramada/harbor club tho,its privet)..under the bay bridge(but ive never had much luck there).

if you tell me where your from, i can tell you spots near where you live, there is a few good spots in napanee, deseronto, bellville, kingston, etc, what are you fishing for ?? when you say tykes i assume you just want to catch fish no matter what it is ?
i have all ways had a boat, but i still do lots of shore fishing...

caught me a salmon a week ago....but....hook let go and my abu garcia 'specialist' Im8 rod bounced off the rocks and well......thats that
back to the walmart shimano rod,lol.reels still good.that rod handled that salmon very nicely,gonna miss it
