hi guys i was wondering if this is a good buy? 1985 16ft fiberglass bow rider with 24 ft trolling motor batteries incl. 70 hp evinrude with trailer live well could be built in,the front has been rebuilt as plwood was laid down over where the seats would be a swivel chair has been placed instead this is from a marina he wants 4,800 for the package.....back to back sleeper seats. thanks for letting me know i'm going nuts trying to find a boat without taking a mortgage!!!! thanks art.

It is hard to say was is a good deal...I think it is all relative!

I bought my 1991 Tracker Deep V 4 years ago for 5k. For me I thought it was a good deal because it was exactly the style and size of boat I wanted and the price was what I was willing to spend. I didn't even offer anything less than the offering price cause I was happy.

So figure out what you want for style, size, features and such. Than determine how much the pocket book (or wife) will allow you to spend and than go searching. Just remember, you are likely not going to find what you want right away. If you are patient you will get what you want eventually. If you are in a rush, you will either have to settle for something you don't like or pay too much. But who knows, you may get lucky.

SOUNDS WAY OVERPRICED..
want a cheap boat.saw one on the bay of quinte 2 weeks back
1000$..70 hp 16 foot bowrider,
had an ad at prerfect vue ..ask for Doug hes 3 doors down.

1993 Smokercraft Resorter.. 50 HP Merc with TNT. Minnkota auto pilot on the bow. 2 new hummingbird graphs. 3 swivel chairs with 4 bases, large livewell, under bow deck storage. All sitting on a Northtrail trailer with spare and tongue jack.

Anybody interested ???? I've just started a business and will have no time to use..

You've tweeked my interest. I have a smaller Smokercraft now
and I'm looking to upgrade to something that can handle the
