I've seen them in the past at Canadian Tire. Don't be afraid to use the smaller size either.

Thanks everyone again!

This time I'd like to buy sidewinder. What is the weight best for Deseronto currrents? 3/4 oz. Or I should buy smaller like 1/2, 1/3 oz ?

God gave a gift. This weekend I'm going for walley fishing to BOQ.
I mentally there already.

So I want to come prepared.
I have other popular lures. Rattle buckshot, Kastmaster, Swidesh pimples, jigging rapala and Lindy airplains even. They are in 3/4 oz weight range. From 1/4 oz to 1 oz.

I always try something new and have strategy and dedication.
This time I would start from buckshot and if northing bites switch to sidewinder.
Last February I was lucky to catch 3 walley. I played this way.
About 5 shackes and rod tip lift about 2 feet. Fish used to crab lure ones it fluttered down and stays for few seconds.
What is your game pattern?

I've used the 1/3oz Sidewinder with excellent results. If the current picks up try the larger size. I have no real jigging sequence that i follow......Just do what the Vex tells me to. If you can't find any where you live, you can always order them directly from Acme Tackle.
