CHEVY VS FORD You will hear a bit for both units and companies. I dont think there is any doubt which is easier. I will PM you my preference rather than get into a big lengthy discussion. Can I ask why you are selling that FL-8?

I use a FL8. It's one of the first ones on the market, genuine "Rocky Madsen" ice setup. It does the same thing that the new ones of today do...only it's alot like me....not pretty. It tells you what the depth is, shows your jig moving up and down, and lets you know if there is a fish down there. Thats all I need.
I don't have a HummingBird but I've seen one up close...the only real difference I can see is that the HummingBird is bigger...the unit..the screen..it's looks like it does the same thing...so I guess it's down to price..not sure which one is cheaper or more durable..so that might be more of a decider than anything...Gary
