Im thinking of changing boats. Right now I have a Four Winns H183 which is a 18ft fish and ski. I was thinking of moving to something to handle the big water better. I was looking at the striper 21ft and its nice. Any others that I should be looking at?

I would check out this report - viewtopic.php?f=1&t=12088. May be exactly what you are looking for.

They do make boats in the 17-23 ft range as well. http://Www.wooldridgeboats.com. What is your price range? This would help when making suggestions

Btw I ran a 2301 WA striper until this year. It was good to me and I liked it.

I had to smile and chuckle on scotts comment.............Btw I ran a 2301 WA striper until this year. It was good to me and I liked it.

he can testify to how rugged and tough the hull was. and the boat did bring him fame in a water landmark with a new name lol.... and i just cant help but think his new boat in build looks so durn rugged i think he should name the boat "Scotts Shoal" lol. gotta admit much better to ride on one than sit on one! lol

Im thinking low 40's is about as much as I want to spend. Im not sure yet really. Im just tossing the idea around. Of course it would depend on how much I could get for my current boat as well. Now i have to know. What happened to his 2301?
