Looking to buy hotmaps regular version (Canada) chip. Anybody upgrading and got one they want to part with? Boat I bought has an older Eagle 500c chartplotter and is not compaitble with the premium/platinum hotmaps.

I have the same chip you're looking for, and I think I only paid $115 for it new. Last year. Not sure if it does the Great Lakes cause I've never tried it.

Just a thought.

Where did you get yours. Contacted Radioworld and was told they had none, the product is being discontinued in Oct, so they won't be brining any in. If anyone knows where I can pick one up (new or used) please let me know. Contacted Navionics and they confirmed the chip will be phazed out in Oct.

I got it at Radioworld last December. Maybe that's why it was so cheap. Try Gagnon Sports in Oshawa. If they have it, it may be a bit more expensive though. It's called "Hotmaps Lakes Canada (Region C)" Also, you'd think somebody would be able to order you one if they're still around till October??

Good Luck.
