I bought one on e-bay,went to Florida picked it up,no big problem, just be honest at the border,it took me 20 mins. and I was on my way..had a nice cc Bayliner with a 125 motor and a spare motor to boot,on a galvanized trailer for $2500 I couldn't beat that price with a stick !

I sold a friend one of my old boats up here he had no trouble at all registering the boat, the trailor was a little different story so since he lived on the water he never registerd the trailor at all........... i just gave him a bill of sale and he registered the boat the next day, but the boat was already up here in canada so if you can have it delivered its a huge bonus either way it shouldbt be much trouble at all

The boat is easy. The trailer is alittle more complicated. You have to go through RIV (registrar of imported vehicles) www.riv.ca. You will need ownership and will need an inspection done after importing. Some paperwork but really not that hard.
