Likely heading to rice on Sunday. With water levels down a bit I would assume the Bewdley end of the lake is barely navigable, would anyone be able to share where another public launch is on the lake, I would prefer the south side of the lake if possible. Also, any tips as to where they are getting them would help. Thanks

The ramp at gores landing was good, probly 2 weeks ago. fishing straight out between there and long island. draged tubes, and threw rattle traps, with the rattle traps being very productive. we do a little fishing comp, at work between a few of us, and this was the lake we drew this year, the other 2 boats. caught nothing, we had a 5 fish limit, around 15 pounds.

Gores landing is great and just fish from the islands in front of the launch and drift east to the sunken tracks. Water is down but nothing to bad. I fished harwood last night and it was great, 6 eyes, 3 in the slot.Image

Put in at Gores, that ramp is great and well worth the 5 bucks as you mentioned. Was a tough day out there, went by the rail bed, fished the islands in front of the marina and nothing. Only saw one small bass caught, and heard rumour of a 12 inch eye being caught. Lots of boats out, but the fish weren't co-operating. Thanks for the info on the launch and where to try guys.
