Grant and I have been out on the Bay the last few days, with the action heating up!!

The bite has been nothing less than exceptional, with eyes ranging from 7lbs all the way up to 15lbs… We’re trolling In-line Offshore boards with assorted cranks… The key to our success out there is ensuring that we follow the active fish as they move througout the day. Walleye WILL move faster than you can imagine, there 1 min and gone the next. Also, keep track of as many conditions and variables as you can, by doing this it will allow you to create multiple patterns as things change…

I did manage to hit my PB at 15lbs 2oz. Have fun out there and enjoy the pics....

Look for our regular updates & blogs @ http://www.g2angling.com

Cheers, Hodgey...

Hey Garry,

Yes they were.... When I say the Eyes are IN, it means in closer to the Bay. If you do venture out into Lake O remember it's a LOT of water to cover an these fish MOVE like crazy...Like I said, "there 1min and gone the next".

Good news is with the cold weather we are experiencing, these eyes will start moving closer to the Gap and into Adolphus Reach, in fact some have already started....

Hope for cold nights and we'll see more and more eyes.

Cheers, Hodgey...
