On Oct 19th, Jim Hoyle, assessment biologist, Lake Ontario Management Unit, Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources will be presenting an overview of the Zone 20 commercial fisheries, and the state of the Bay of Quinte fishery.

I saw the commercial fisheries presentation at a FMZ20 council meeting last year and it is a great presentation.

The general public is welcome to attend. The meeting will take place at the Carrying Place United Church at 7 pm.

Well I haven't heard from Big Gene yet so I guess they haven't filled the tags and he will not make the meeting.

For any of you guys that are interested about the commercial fishery in the Bay of Quinte and the current state of the walleye population, the meeting is this evening at 7 pm at the Carrying Place United Church hall. Old Portage Road, east of the traffic lights.
