Thanks for the pictures Al. Very cool.

As for the tow it was no big deal. We just looked at each other and went. No credit needed or deserved however any mention of my name should involve all the guys on board, Maverick, Jeff C, Big Mac, and Fishnhunter as we all went together.

Some might recall a tight situation I was in that some board members helped me out (or should we say "off") of. Great members we have here.

Scott

Great tournament guys we had alot if fun out there. Thanks Landshark for all your hard work. We only got this one lowly 8lb eye for our efforts but it was still fun. It was nice to put some faces and names together. We couldn't go to JJ's as my son had to Ref a hockey game. It was nice to see the Co's out checking boats. They checked us while trolling and were pretty nice guys.

Thanks Landshark for hosting the event. It was a fun day and a great chance to meet a few people. We had an awesome day on the "Wool"dridge with a hot breakfast and steak on the BBQ for lunch! What a way to have a first fishing trip on the new boat. The first fish caught was a walleye weighing 10.56lbs! Here are a couple of additional pictures. Scott, can I just live on that boat? It is like a hotel room!

Was great meeting everyone. We only had one eye on that we lost at the boat. Lesson learned...go further east at this time of year. Thanks again Shark...you are 2 for 2!

What a great day on the water for Slap the Sheep!!!

Got to ride in somebody elses boat, the weather cooperated, had some adventures, met some excellent people, caught some fish, had some laughs, and nobody got hurt. That's a great day in my books.

Thanks Landshark for being the sparkplug for this event and officiating things. Well done on all counts, again. It was a joy to share that bountiful body of water with all you guys.

And, isn't it ironic that all some people were able to catch were big walleye??

how do fellas feel about this being an annual event? Maybe showing the sheep love once a year isnt a bad idea? ( not like that Griz). I dont know about the rest of you but it was kinda fun to basically go walleye fishing and not be like "damn another sheepie". It made it interesting. Think we should do it again next year? Bigger? T shirts?

I'm in for next year for sure, puts an interesting twist on things, gives you a chance to "gear up' for prime time walleye time, share some tips with a bunch of great anglers and have some laughs.

I would love to be a part of the tournament again if you do it. I'd buy a shirt too.
