Hey Guys, I need a little help, I would like to try fishing the Bay this fall and I was watching a video made by Urban Outdoors, they were using Titanium Braid as a leader line to gain depth while trolling but failed to mention the length of the leader. Has anyone tried this rig? Does it work well? How long of a leader is required?

Thanks for any help

How deep do you want to get?

There would not be much advantage of achieving more depth. It is not a weighted line.

If you want to get deeper use drop weights, copper, lead core, riggers, dipseys, Torpedo divers, Jet planners or wire line.

Thanks for the help Guys

Should I even be worried about getting that deep? I have some Deep tail dancers and some Manns 20s, could I just run them on some regular braid and get deep enough?
