manns stretch 20's

are they a good bait up there ? I bought 15 of them to use on erie and was going to come up soon ,was wondering if I should run them or not thanks, shawn

They are a terrible lure won't even catch weeds if you want to get rid of them I will take them off your hands, especially the doctor death and watermelon ones. Really they are super! The fish are deep and finicky now the water is quite warm. Good luck

thanks thats what i thought ,dr death over the last week has caught me 8 walleye out of the upper niagara ,I t was a tough year on lake erie for everyone I always had a good night bite at hte mouth of the river but this year was awsome my average is 5 to 9 fish a night not hogs but a few in the 10 lbs. class other good baits this year were yo-zuri deep diver crystal minnow and matzou depth charges how are the other baits on quinte? thanks shawn

Where abouts were you catching these walleye in the Upper Niagara ?

I was out there on Wednesday musky hunting, only manahed one "dink" - musky less thank 36, but had my partner had many follows and boated a "dink" tiger musky at the marina on the Cdn side at the bottom of the triangle just up from Netherby.
He went back again today (thursday) and hooked up with several musky and had many follows. I'm heading back saturday fro some 'ski but would appreciate any info on the walleye's up there.

at the mouth past the peace bridge in 20 feet of water ,at night ,in the day go out past waverly shoal in 35 to fourty feet of water ,i hope this helps ,shawn

When you say at the mouth by the Peace bridge is that upstream from the Netherby street launch at the mouth of Lake Erie ?

Probably sounds dumb but I don't hav ea map of the whole section and just started to fish the area.

I was thinking of getting out there tomorrow for some musky however it look like the river would be quite rough given the wind forecast of 20-40 knot winds from the SouthWest.

I was just away for the weekend at a get together from a different board and for the most part all of the walleye were caught on Stretch twenties
dragged behing planer boards so I would believe they will work on the bay

I have heard before that the manns stretch 20's in Dr. Death were a good choice but have had trouble finding them locally, does anyone know where they could be ordered online perhaps? If so could you post a Url. Thanks
